Besides this, we are also meeting the requirements for other medical instruments used for surgery according to the doctor’s requirements. Started our business operations with the manufacturing of Bone Screws at Bhayander, we now capable of manufacturing various medical instruments used for surgery as per Doctor's requirement. Our production unit is shifted to Navsari and the office at Bhayander. We also follow process approach which includes Marketing Process, Production process & In-process Inspection, In-coming Inspection Process and Purchase Process. The entire production process are handled and looked after by Proprietor while marketing, packing and dispatch process are handled by General Manager.

Our Process Approach

To offer quality orthopaedic and maxilofacial implants & instruments, we follow numerous interlinked processes under our “Quality Management Process”. These processes can be defined as an activity which converts the received inputs into considered outputs. Our various interlinked process include Marketing Process, Production process & In-process Inspection, In-coming Inspection Process and Purchase Process. Marketing Process	Our marketing executive personally visits to the Hospitals and private clinics to get the orders for our orthopaedic and maxilofacial implants & instruments. We also get telephonic queries from excising clients and market reports. These queries are noted in the enquiry book for the Manager to review and provide quotation. After proper follow up of the orders, the receipt is received and the stock is dispatched.	Responsibility: General Manager, Marketing Executive Document generated: Enquiry Book. Purchase Process	After getting the orders, we verify the stocks to match the customer’s needs. Otherwise, we start purchasing the raw material from reliable vendors. These verbal orders are placed in the purchase register. Further, all the Suppliers are analyzed at least once every year. In-coming Inspection Process	The suppliers hand over the required raw material along with the test certificates. After full inspection of the order, we accept the challans and stamped as 'ACCEPTED'. Production process and In-process Inspection	The production process include: Cutting Rods/ Sheets Machining Canulation (for canulated screws only) Drilling Grinding

We apply PDCA (Plan-Do-Control-Act) Methodology while conducting the above mentioned processes. Furthermore, the process approach for marketing and production includes Scope and General. We also have a Quality System Manual that describes the numerous activities carried out in our organization.

Based at Navsari, India our production unit is the hub of all our production and process activities.
